Mayor Buddy Dyer has issued an official proclamation declaring July 13th as Simple Self Defense for Women®  Day in the City of Orlando. 

We are conducting a personal safety workshop that will be FREE to women and children ages 9 to 91 in the City of Orlando.

As part of our "Pay it Forward" attitude, we are asking that participants bring a school supply donation for “A Gift For Teaching” that will benefit grades K-12. 

Most needed items include: wide-ruled loose leaf paper packs, #2 pencils, 24 crayon packs, pink erasers, glue sticks, 8 or 10 marker packages, pocket folders and spiral notebooks.

You and your family can learn personal safety with one of our very popular workshops and also help our schools!
